Less sores and pains, less friction and injuries and I look and feel like a different person, only after a few weeks. I came from 185 to 169 with great enegry and results in muscle definition and vesicular. My sex drive is crazy high and I can last hours because of the condition of my new body and blood circulation. I have been using this for a couple of years. This on for a few months then off for a few months to see if there is any difference. There is! If you want to build muscles you still need to work out. It will not build muscle on its own. Take it 5 sprays in morning, under the tongue and hold for a minute to allow your body to absorb. What it did for me - no hypoglycemia all day even if I have not eaten all day and a certain strength level that is maintained even without exercise. I do recover from Injury much faster. Not sure about the immune system.Good Product

Will I must say my after using Muscle Force for a month prior to my event and training daily. my recovery between games was a great improvement over last year.
