I just started taking this, and I am thrilled! It really does help with overcoming the cravings that tend to creep up and grab you! My problem is I need to pay better attention to my meal timing. I purchased this product not having much expectations. Wow was I surprised! I have only been taking this product for a few days, but on day one I was not hungry at all and it still continues. I have natural energy and feel great! I have not weighed yet but will in a few days. Normally after eating breakfast I am already planning the menu for dinner (food obsession?) I took the two capsules in the morning and didn’t think about it. I made it part of my daily routine. After a year I went for my annual medical checkup and was stunned to find i had lost thirty pounds without changing anything but the addition of Caralluma. I didn’t exercise I didn’t change anything. They can’t put there finger on it… I began using these capsules I think eight or nine months ago. I’ve lost 15 pounds without even trying. I bought this to remove stubborn belly fat. It definitely works. I went from a size large in tops to cover my belly to a small to medium size. Friends who have not seen me comment immediately what did I do to look so good. They can’t put there finger on it and I always share the amazing Caralluma bottle to show them what I credit for the belly fat reduction. I’ll continue using the product as long as it’s available. Only been using it for a couple of days but am amazed at the appetite suppression. I am one of those who will eat whether hungry or not, full or not and I have been eating half of what I would normally eat at a meal and have no desire to snack. As anyone’s weight will change day by day I’m not putting too much stock in th 2# lost. But common sense says if you eat less, eat well, exercise (some), you will lose weight.
Curiosity won I was made aware of this product by a fluke. My curiosity got the best of me so instead of joining a club and paying the fees I located this product on Amazon. I ordered two bottles just to satisfy my curiosity. I took the capsules as directed and really did not change any of my habits. After three weeks I happened to step on the scale and found I had lost 15 lbs! Now I am going to see what happens when I try with this product.
