Before Forskolin…..I lost 30 pounds and everything stopped. Not just a plateau…stopped for several months. I tried a number of things but it seemed this kicked it off. I take 2 before the two meals i eat. I do intermittented fasting so i don’t eat at night except for cinnamon in hot water. That is supposed to boost your metabolism. I also take several digestion pills ( i have a thyroid problem and POTS which is another name for low blood pressure and more. I take and extra tablespoon of good salt all through the day and iodine drops(be careful, if you don't need it iodine can end you in the ER.). Because of all my issues i assumed I wasn’t going to be able to lose anymore weight. Wrong. I kept trying. I try to stay low carb but not a low carb diet. I just make sure my calories are below 1200. I take all natural vitamins and brewers yeast and can still lose weight with Forskolin. I drink lemon water. I also take a detox (Amazon sells it: cellular detox by country life) at night so it doesn’t interfere with fosrkolin. With all these things I wasn’t sure i would get anymore weight loss, but i am. I also eat fried okra with both meals to get rid of lectins. So what do i think is really helping: Forskolin, detox and okra. Maybe the cinnamon tea and lemon. Blessings!Really Helps With Weight Loss

I have tried other Forskolin products and this from Herbal Nutrition is the most effective that I have found. The other Forskolin I tried did not curbe my appetite, but this one did! Both myself and my good friend bought the 2 bottle package and we both lost 5lbs in 10 days and now 15 lbs in a total of 30 days. I didn't need to lose too much weight so the last 15 lbs are the hardest to lose. I am absolutely excited about the results and I plan on always being on this Forskolin product to keep the weight down. Ok so I've been struggling with weight loss for the past few years. I've tried all kinds of supplements but herbal nutrition forskolin actually works. Any woman with PCOS if your trying to lose weight this is your answer....look no further. I started taking these pills on 4/30/16 now on 5/7/16 I'm 7 lbs lighter...proper diet and exercise is always a key factor in weight loss so check your diet and activity level. My wedding is in 5 months and I need to drop 20 lbs. At this rate I will exceed my goal. Hope this helps anyone looking to buy this product.This is the only non Rx weight lost product that I found that really works for me.
I take 2 Forskolin tablets in the morning with water on an empty stomach and that's it. I no longer crave food or ever really get hungry. It makes me forget that I need to eat something. When I do, I will make soup or eat a can of tuna fish. You have to do it daily for it to work. When I forget to take them in the morning I do get hungry. I first heard about Forskolin on Dr. Oz. I recommend trying it. The cost is minimal for what you get. In the past three months I have slowly lost about 20lbs. I buy my Forskolin from by Herbal Nutrition on Amazon.Great Product

Only been using it for a couple of days but am amazed at the appetite suppression. I am one of those who will eat whether hungry or not, full or not and I have been eating half of what I would normally eat at a meal and have no desire to snack. As anyone's weight will change day by day I'm not putting too much stock in th 2# lost. But common sense says if you eat less, eat well, exercise (some), you will lose weight.Two Stars
