Before Forskolin…..I lost 30 pounds and everything stopped. Not just a plateau…stopped for several months. I tried a number of things but it seemed this kicked it off. I take 2 before the two meals i eat. I do intermittented fasting so i don’t eat at night except for cinnamon in hot water. That is supposed to boost your metabolism. I also take several digestion pills ( i have a thyroid problem and POTS which is another name for low blood pressure and more. I take and extra tablespoon of good salt all through the day and iodine drops(be careful, if you don’t need it iodine can end you in the ER.). Because of all my issues i assumed I wasn’t going to be able to lose anymore weight. Wrong. I kept trying. I try to stay low carb but not a low carb diet. I just make sure my calories are below 1200. I take all natural vitamins and brewers yeast and can still lose weight with Forskolin. I drink lemon water. I also take a detox (Amazon sells it: cellular detox by country life) at night so it doesn’t interfere with fosrkolin. With all these things I wasn’t sure i would get anymore weight loss, but i am. I also eat fried okra with both meals to get rid of lectins. So what do i think is really helping: Forskolin, detox and okra. Maybe the cinnamon tea and lemon. Blessings!

I take 2 Forskolin tablets in the morning with water on an empty stomach and that’s it. I no longer crave food or ever really get hungry. It makes me forget that I need to eat something. When I do, I will make soup or eat a can of tuna fish. You have to do it daily for it to work. When I forget to take them in the morning I do get hungry. I first heard about Forskolin on Dr. Oz. I recommend trying it. The cost is minimal for what you get. In the past three months I have slowly lost about 20lbs. I buy my Forskolin from by Herbal Nutrition on Amazon.
